Meet our new chef - Bernd Maier

Bernd Maier is the Phoenicia Hotel’s new executive chef. In this position, Bernd is responsible for the Phoenicia Hotel’s kitchens, including its two restaurants, the Phoenix Restaurant, the Pegasus Brasserie and banqueting.
