The Valletta Grand Prix of historic and classic cars is fast becoming an important element to Malta's yearly calendar of events and a draw to a number of motoring enthusiasts. In its 3rd year the event is attracting both local aficionados and motor sport enthusiasts from allover Europe.
This year's motoring event is expected be attract over 100 participants of whom some 40 will be from abroad for the main two-day street sprint events to be held on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th May.
In addition to the Saturday and Sunday events, the Valletta Grand Prix Foundation shall be organising a host of other activities that will incorporate various runs across Malta and Gozo, visiting historic sites and tourist venues. The climax to these activities will be the Concours D'Elégance to be held in Mdina, Malta's Old Capital City.
